This position is commission only with high growth potential.
WhoZaGood , a dynamic internet rating site is looking for rainmakers who can help us find best practice leaders aka Managing Directors for each industry/ profession for each of nearly 200 industry categories (e.g. Doctors, Dentists, Realtors, Accountants, Lawyers, Contractors, Plumbers, Coaches, etc). A Managing Director will have exclusive ownership rights over their specified business category on WhoZaGood . The primary responsibility of each Managing Director is to develop and execute a plan to penetrate the target industry / business category (vertical) with the WhoZaGood integrity message.

Responsibilities:
Seek out, recruit, and qualify best practice leaders, aka Managing Directors, to purchase a unique first of a kind franchise for their industry category e.g. Plastic Surgery, General Dentistry, Plumbing. We are in effect selling ground floor business opportunities to actively develop an industry category (vertical),
Follow the WhoZaGood recruitment process and steps,
Work closely with the VP sales and attend online training sessions,
In addition to recruiting Managing Directors aka Franchisee assume a role on the Advisory Boards of the Managing Directors personally recruited,
In this role, represent WhoZaGood and be responsible for working with the Advisory Board from the industry to help the Managing Director & Advisory Board accomplish their responsibilities, activities and milestones as outlined in the business plan for each specific vertical.
Monitor Managing Directors and their respective Advisory Boards

Requirements:
Highly motivated individual with a passion for excellence
5 years of outside sales/rainmaker experience
verifiable track record of success in business development/sales/networking
Comfortable networking, cold calling
Strong communication and presentation skills
Solid list of contacts among industry leaders & high net worth individuals
Ability to generate own leads
Comfortable working in a commission only environment
Ability to hit the ground running
Candidates may reside anywhere in the US and will supply their own office at home or otherwise ( Note:- there are some restrictions on which states we are not allowed to recruit Managing Directors from which you can view on our website)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
