Administrative Assistant for Real Estate Office Team

Professional Jupiter Real Estate Team looking for an energic individual with people skills, organizational and computer skills and a background of real estate knowledge. Real Estate Licenses not required yet a benefit. Marketing background a plus. Non Sales position. 4 to 5 days per week.
This position requires knowledge of Google Drive, Drop Box and Excel as well as the various use of the Social Media sites including the posting of videos on these sites. Additional skills may include follow up of our client data base and being comfortable speaking with clients and prospects of the team. Website management (word press knowledge) would be helpful.
A past history in the real estate business or closing business (title company) would be an additional benefit along with a marketing knowledge. A knowledge or our market area (Northern Palm Beach County, Martin County and St. Lucie County) would be a benefit.
The candidate must have extremely good organizational skills, be highly organized and a fast learner.
Although this is a non-sales position, a real estate license would be a plus.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
