We are looking for call center/customer service people who can work in a high volume recruitment environment.
This is a heavy call-center atmosphere, and we need high volume call center/ customer service professionals who can handle making lots of calls. You will screen candidates based on experience, fit and culture (training provided). ATS experience is helpful but not required. Superior communications skills are required with great technical aptitude in Microsoft Office. If you are computer savvy with the desire and aptitude to prescreen candidates you are all but guaranteed a very illustrious career with RCI.
