Stanton Optical is looking for energetic and motivated associates to join our dynamic team! Stanton Optical and My Eyelab Frame Specialists are responsible for greeting patients, selling eyewear and providing exceptional customer service.
Frame Specialists execute Stanton Optical and My Eye Lab's Sales Process in order to provide every patient with quality eyewear that fit their lifestyle.
Responsibilities:
Executes the Sales Process to meet and exceed individual daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals while providing excellent customer service.
Maximizes store sales by suggesting add-ons and upgrades.
Recommends specific lenses, lens coatings and frames to suit patient needs.
Evaluates prescriptions to recommend frame materials, styles and shapes.
Provides excellent customer service in order to attract and retain patients.
Accurately inputs patient and prescription information.
Implements Corporate marketing programs and initiatives.
Performs other duties as assigned by the General and Sales Managers.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
High school diploma required.
Optical training helpful, but not required.
Strong sales skills with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to spend most of the day on your feet.
Flexibility/ability to work any open store hours.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities.
Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
Eligibility to work in the United States.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
