Retail Territory Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated person to manage 5 retail kiosks with 8 full time employees. This would entail local meetings with team to drive leads. This person would be responsible for all home shows (approx 3-7) that we attend through out the year. Staffing home show and getting leads.
Some of the job duties:
Managing 8 team members schedules.
Meeting store managers and doing small training to get employees motivated about our services.
Stopping by stores weekly to spot check team and motivate.
Coming up with new ways to motivate team.
Managing Home Shows - Setting up booth ect.
