Jupiter, Florida is currently seeking a Group Sales Manager. This role is responsible for effectively soliciting and becoming familiar with all accounts in his/her market segments. He/she is also responsible for prospecting and closing on assigned accounts/territory to positively impact hotel revenues. He/she will also assist the Director of Sales in the direction, coordination of all sales-related activities and administration of the department.
General Requirements
Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests.
Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings.
Participate in M.O.D. coverage as required.
Education &
Experience:
At least 4 years of progressive hotel sales experience; Or a 4 year College degree and at least 2 years of related experience; Or a 2 year College degree and 3 or more years of related experience.
Must have a valid driver's license in the applicable state.
Must be skilled in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
