Must have reliable transportation because you will be traveling from client house to client house.
We are a pet sitting company which services Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter and the surrounding areas.
Some of our clients live in developments such as PGA National, Mirasol, Egrets Landing and Abacoa.
We travel from home to home taking care of our client's pet(s) in their own homes either walking their dog(s) and/or take care of the inside pet(s).
We walk large dogs, for example Great Danes, all the way to small dogs, such as Teacup Yorkies.
We may also take care of cats, gerbils, rabbits, fish and birds at certain homes.
We may administer medications to some of the pets we care for and adhere to the client's specific requirements for each pet.
The applicant does need to be flexible with their schedule and be available on weekends, weeknights and holidays.
Potential overnight service needed.
Qualifications - Animal handling - Animal rescue - Pet sitting - Pet care - Veterinary assistant/tech experience - Dog handling Candidates for the Pet Sitter/Dog Walker position should possess a strong foundation in animal handling and pet care.
Premium skills such as veterinary experience are highly valued.
Additionally, candidates with relevant skills in customer service, time management and that have great organizational skills will be considered.
Experience in medication administration is a plus (even for your own pet).
