Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their purchases.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with exceptional service - Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and merchandise products - Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately - Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales - Answer customer inquiries and provide product information - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets Requirements:
