Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Surgery Scheduler to join our team.
The Surgery Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling surgical procedures for patients in a medical office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule surgeries and coordinate pre-operative appointments for patients - Communicate with patients, physicians, and medical staff to ensure smooth scheduling process - Verify patient insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations - Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records in the medical office system - Assist in managing surgical schedules to optimize efficiency and patient care
Experience:
