As our Culinary Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in orchestrating the smooth functioning of our culinary operations.
From managing inventory and coordinating with vendors to overseeing staff schedules and maintaining top-notch customer service, you'll be at the heart of it all.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Keep our pantry stocked by assessing inventory levels and placing timely orders for ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
Forge strong relationships with vendors to ensure punctual delivery of culinary essentials.
Coordinate equipment purchases by sourcing quotes and liaising with suppliers.
Maintain meticulous records of inventory and expenditures for efficient financial management.
Ensure our culinary team is always well-dressed and equipped by managing our uniform service.
Streamline storage locations for optimal organization and accessibility.
Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring smooth operations during all shifts and events.
Communicate schedules effectively and address any staffing concerns promptly.
Collaborate with management to optimize staffing levels based on business needs.
Handle email correspondence and liaise with other departments or external parties as necessary.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Contribute actively to weekly meetings to discuss upcoming events and logistical requirements.

Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Chef Tech and/or Jonas system preferred.
