Registrar/Business Office Clerk - 8:

- Responsible for accurately performing all functions of patient admissions, including reviewing all information with patients, completing appropriate forms, and copying appropriate insurance cards and photo identification.
Collects and documents all collection actions for patient co-payment and deductibles at the time of service as applicable and issues appropriate payment receipts.
Performs routine clerical and administrative functions, including answering incoming phone calls.
Prepares patient charts, scans, acknowledges charts and pulls previous medical records if applicable.
Collects and delivers charts when requested.
Performs insurance verification when necessary.
Manages the reception area and greets patients and family members in a professional manner.
Other duties as assigned based on business operational needs.
Spanish speaking is a plus
Qualifications:
-High School diploma -minimum of 2-3 year medical clerical experience -Good communication skills Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
