We are looking for a part time veterinary receptionist to join our awesome Lighthouse team! Lighthouse Animal Hospital is a privately owned, fast paced, full service animal hospital.
Our mission is providing top quality service to clients and patients.
We are a 2 doctor practice looking for an experienced veterinary receptionist to join us in the continued growth of our newly opened practice! Two years of veterinary experience is preferred, but training opportunities available for the right candidate!! Skills & Knowledge:
- Some knowledge of veterinary and medical terminology is a must - Ability to work with computers and knowledge of Avimark software - Must demonstrate initiative and be a team player with receptionists and all staff members - Ability to mange/handle stressful situations - Manage multiple phone lines in a timely fashion while treating clients with respect and willingness to help - Give helpful information to clients.
Take accurate messages for the doctors and other staff members.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
