Looking for a receptionist to grow into an office manager for our dental office - Lighthouse Dental of Tequesta - located in Publix plaza in Tequesta.
Description:
- 5 days a week:
Office hours vary with Mon-Wed 9am-4pm, Thur 9am-5pm, and Fri 9am-2pm.
We usually want everyone in by 8:

- We can do hourly or salary - depending on ability, with the opportunity for growth! -Benefits are dental for you, and discounted dental for family members, and 10 days PTO (if you are working 5 days a week).
-The job involves answering phones, billing, insurance input, collection, presentation and explanation of treatment plans (Insurance est.
, deductibles, patients payments, phasing of plan), scheduling and making sure schedule is accurate.
-Knowing dental is a plus but not necessary! Pretty straightforward and mostly working in your own office space as we have a receptionist working 3 days a week, who you also work with.
