We are seeking a qualified Landscape Install Foreman to lead a 5-6 man crew.
Required
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of verifiable landscape installation experience.
- A clean and valid drivers license, along with trailer towing experience.
- Ability to read blue prints.
- Operate large and small loaders, skid steers, excavators, augers, trenchers, and chainsaws.
- Basic irrigation knowledge (Install heads, bubblers, drip, etc.
when needed).
- CDL not required, but preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Plant layout and tree staking.
You will be tested during the interview on your ability to operate any or all of the equipment listed above.
As a Foreman it is vital that you are able to multitask, identify and improve weaknesses in the crew, and train crew members for their own growth.
The crew size will generally be 6 men, including the foreman, but additional labor may be added from time to time.
The Foreman will be responsible for directing all tasks for each crew member on the job sites in a productive and effective manor.

The position will require travel around the state.
Per Diem and housing will be provided.
Travel days are depart Monday morning and return Friday or Saturday afternoon.
$100 bonus offered for employee referrals.
