Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products and accessories.
Drive sales by consistently achieving or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the store's products, features, and benefits to provide accurate and detailed product information to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and positive reviews.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall store goals and objectives.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales role, preferably in the fashion industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Passion for fashion and an eye for style.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Comfortable with technology, including POS systems and inventory management software.
