You will provide direct support to the Principal Designer through scheduling, client communication, project tracking, and showroom management.

In-depth paid training to get you up and running Work in a vibrant and inspiring environment headed by a renowned Principal Designer Working from the showroom you will Communicate with clients and provide world-class service in-person, over the phone, and through email Support the Principal Designer/Owner by helping keep interior design projects on track and organized Oversee estimating, budgets, pricing, statuses, installation scheduling, service repairs, and other essential appointments Use programs to track projects - CRM, Quickbooks, and Google Docs extensively Keep the showroom organized, materials stocked, and order when necessary To be considered for this position +3 years of office management or project coordination experience Interior design experience is a plus! Proficient in client relations and communication Tech savvy and experience working with CRM's, Quickbooks, and Scheduling Software Desire to work in a fast-paced, creative, high-energy environment Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
