In this position, you will act as the main point of contact responsible for the smooth operation of the design team and showroom, ensuring the flawless execution of design projects.
Your outstanding multitasking abilities will be evident as you oversee the entire process from orders to installations, collaborate with contractors, and manage scheduling and pricing.

Take the initiative to promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries, demonstrating persistence and resilience.
Utilize our CRM, QuickBooks, and Google Docs extensively for tasks such as providing accurate estimates, tracking orders, and updating job statuses for both internal and external clients.
Efficiently manage our elite accounts, overseeing estimating, statuses, installation scheduling, ongoing service repairs, and other essential appointments, leaving clients with a memorable and seamless experience.
Thoroughly review the scope of each project to guarantee on-time and under-budget deliverables, aiming to enhance repeat and referral accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS (Must-haves) Possessing over 3 years of experience in overseeing a fast-paced, detail-oriented office or a comparable administrative position, preferably within a creative setting.
Proficient in accounts management, client relations, and maintaining supplier relationships.
Skilled in project tracking and adept with CRM systems and quoting software, or similar technologies.
Demonstrating a high level of professionalism is a key attribute.
