We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trainer to join our team.
As our Trainer, you will be responsible for training new and existing cleaning staff on the best cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
Responsibilities:
Implement training programs for new and existing cleaning staff to ensure that they understand the company's cleaning standards, procedures, and expectations.
Train staff on the proper use of cleaning products, tools, and equipment.
Observe cleaning staff during their work to ensure that they are following the company's standards and procedures.
Provide constructive feedback to cleaning staff to help them improve their cleaning skills.
Work with management to identify areas where staff may need additional training and develop appropriate training programs.
Keep up-to-date with the latest cleaning products, techniques, and equipment to ensure that our staff are using the most effective methods.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in the cleaning industry.
At least 1 year in a training and/or leadership role Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
Good organizational and time management skills.
