What we are looking for? This is a writing manager role.
People-person is a must Shared belief in making a customer, not just a sale.
Shared belief in servant leadership.
At least 3 years of management experience - automotive not required.
Strong communication skills Ability to Make it Happen (Motivation & Drive) Team-oriented Desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment How much can I make in this position? Annual Compensation Range:
$100,000 - $125,000
(estimated first year based on sales performance.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
