Summary:
Under general direction of the Executive Concierge and Guest Services Supervisor, the Guest Services Associate plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and acts as liaison between assigned program areas.
We are seeking part-time, per-diem, and full-time employees.
Job Duties:
Provides direct support to clients in a therapeutic milieu.
Provides a safe environment for clients.
Transports clients for various scheduled appointments.
Utilizes the company vehicles for transportation of clients.
Instructs and confirms the company's rules and regulations to new admissions.
Orientates clients on the rules and regulations.
Follow up on client accounts balances, when necessary.
Evaluates quality of program on an ongoing basis.
Facilitates communication with ancillary services.
Build positive relationships with staff and physicians.
Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility to changes in the work environment.
Always follows Infection Control Guidelines.
Reports personal symptoms of suspected illness or contagious diseases to the Infection Control Nurse.
Completes and forwards copy of Incident Reports and any other safety/risk issues immediately to the Program Director.
Answers and make business-related phone calls as needed.
Adheres to facility standards concerning conduct, dress, attendance, and punctuality.
Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
Attends in-service training, when necessary.
Monitors client's attendance of all scheduled offerings.
Help clients manage their schedules effectively.
Effectively communicates client concerns to staff in a timely manner both verbally and through email.
Restock client and staff supplies when needed Participate and oversee client meals and activities.
Provide hospitality and guidance to clients.
Works with kitchen staff to serve and clean up client meals.
Attitude demonstrates a positive approach and commitment reflecting professionalism and ethical standards.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and electronic correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively with clients or employees of organization.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor and/or director.
Requirements and
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Preferred Must be able to work well with clients and co-workers at all levels.
Must have strong interpersonal skills, be a team player, have ethical conduct, flexibility, stress management skills, composure, personal effectiveness/credibility, technical capacity and initiative.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
