We are looking for a qualified Sales support specialist to join our team.
This person must be able to work well in a very dynamic, fast paced and energy driven company.
You will provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries.
We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations and aide in project management.
This is the ideal position to develop into a sales professional in the Luxury custom home segment.

Job Summary Greets and assists visitors.
Answers telephones and provides appropriate information or routes call to appropriate person.
Performs clerical tasks, as assigned, including but not limited to, filing, processes sales, making phone calls, completing forms and data entry.
Maintains showroom upkeep and catalogs.
Assists in the organization and administration of company objectives and policies.
General Accountabilities Greets visitors and ascertains name and other pertinent information.
Notifies appropriate employee of visitor's arrival.
Maintain and monitor fair rotation of salespeople to clients that walk in and call.
Answers telephone(s).
Determining if caller can be helped by Client Services or needs to be routed to another person.
Routes calls for employees as appropriate.
May discern appropriate information through computer or hard copy files, company or department publications and guidelines and/or personal knowledge.
Accurately takes and delivers messages.
Confirms accounting of incoming monies on deposits and payments of orders.
Directs paperwork to accounting and purchasing for new orders.
Performs a variety of routine clerical tasks including processing of incoming and outgoing mail, sending and delivering FAX messages.
Directs incoming emails daily to purchasing, sales or sales assistant Retrieves mail daily.
Opens all mail that is not confidential.
Stamps with date received.
Sorts and delivers mail as appropriate.
Stamps and maintains new literature and price books.
Manages cash drawer, records all incoming cash & checks in check register, and credit card machine.
Microsoft Calendar management for price increase notifications, vendor closings & shipping schedule for small jobs or cash accounts.
Company filing, electronic and paper Updates and Maintains large contact database within Constant contact.
Updates and Maintains Rep list with current contact information and vendors they represent.
Assures that reception area & showroom is clean and orderly.
Work with Purchasing Agent, Operations and General Manager on special projects.

Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent substitute
Experience:
1-3 years of experience required, with 3-5 years preferred Competencies Ability to take initiative and problem solve Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent phone skills Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner Proficient in the use of a personal computer and corresponding programs, internet literate Attention to detail Interpersonal skills and customer service skills required Extensive Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook.
Skills Proven work experience as a Receptionist and/or Sales Support professional Hands on experience with ERP systems Proficiency with MS Office Suite In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Excellent communication skills Analytical and multitasking skills Teamwork and motivational skills' 'Work Remotely No Job Type:
