The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the marina and RV resort operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

Job Responsibilities Operational Management:
Oversee all aspects of marina and RV resort operations, including retail services, fuel stations, docking facilities, and RV park amenities.
Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize revenue, minimize costs, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards related to marina and RV resort operations.
Regularly inspect and maintain the marina, RV sites, facilities, and equipment to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and safety.
Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, addressing issues promptly and efficiently.
Build/manage/oversee property annual operating budget.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure visitors have a positive experience throughout their stay at the marina and RV resort.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and local community members.
Assist customers with launching, docking, and other marina-related services.
Offer guidance and assistance to RV guests, including check-in/check-out procedures, site selection, and any special requests.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of marina and RV resort staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.
Foster a culture of exceptional customer service among staff members, leading by example.
Marketing and Sales:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Promote marina and RV resort services and amenities through various channels, including websites, social media, and local advertising.
Participate in trade shows, community events, and networking activities to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
Collaborate with local tourism organizations, businesses, and associations to enhance the marina and RV resort's visibility and reputation.
Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in marina or RV resort management, with a strong understanding of boating and recreational activities.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members.
Strong customer service focus, with a track record of providing exceptional guest experiences.
Solid understanding of operational and financial management principles.
Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards related to marina and RV resort operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with reservation and booking systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
