We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phones, taking reservations, and performing other administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented and who is passionate about providing the best customer service possible.
That being said - this role best fits someone who is in some avenue connected to the beauty industry.
We would like a Front Desk member who's inspired to work with us on creating beautiful content, who understands the importance of prebooking our guests at check out, who understands the importance of an accurate booking system.
This is a position for one person.
This is not the role for someone who has consistant challenge arriving on time, or to work in general.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Notify stylists that their guest has arrived.
Answer phones and reserve appointments with extreme accuracy.
Correct CC is required information for all booking.
Provide information about our stylists, services, and products.
Process payments and cancellation fees.
Confirm appointments.
Order Extensions when notified by stylist.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Dust and count inventory regularly.
Over-communicate with Mgmt
Owner.
Photograph and film content for our social media.
Most of all:
Work to develop a strong, supportive professional relationship with our stylists and leadership.
This is a support staff role, and will suit a candidate who geniunely helping others to succeed.
