We are looking for an AMAZING Operations Manager to help us manage and grow our company.
Our operations hours are 7:
30-5:
30 Monday thru Friday.
Our ideal candidate MUST have:
2 years experience in residential house cleaning management preferred, 2
yrs in management of 20
staff members Advance IT Skills (Mac, PC, Word, Excel, Google Docs) Able to handle a fast paced work flow Capable of trouble shooting High energy Critical thinking is a MUST A great ability to problem solve quickly Excellent communication skills (in phone and in person) Positive attitude and a team player Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices Responsibilities of this position:
Manage cleaning staff of 20
Manage office staff of 2
Prepare work schedules Assign specific duties Manage time off requests Manage staff work flow, volume, productivity and disciplinary issues Interviewing, hiring and on-boarding new staff Maintain client retention with exceptional customer service levels Researching equipment and supplies and maintaining warehouse levels Improving work flow, training, for an overall better client experience Manage and process payroll for review with business manager/owner This individual is responsible for improving performance, productivity and efficiency through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
To make sure the organization is providing an efficient service that meets the expectations of clients and staff, as well as planning for projected growth.
