The Health Coach will provide guidance and support to clients through individual sessions.
The successful candidate will be able to create individualized plans tailored to each client's needs and provide ongoing support to ensure that they stay on track.
Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and support to clients in making lifestyle changes.
Develop individualized health plans tailored to the needs of each client.
Conduct assessments and evaluate the progress of clients.
Educate clients on healthy eating habits, physical activity, stress management, and other health-related topics.
Develop and maintain a supportive relationship with clients.
