ATTENTION! Detailed Pay Schedule:
1st Year - Starting Pay $12 with $1 - $2 raises every 3 months ending at $16 per hour.
2nd Year - Starting Pay $16 with $1- $2 raises every 3 months ending at $20 per hour.
3rd Year - Starting Pay $20 with $1 - $2 raises every 3 months ending at $25 per hour or possible commission style pay.

Most trade schools cost $10K - $30K
and are held in a classroom.
Once completed your goal is to be hired by a company that expects you to complete jobs and real life scenarios that you never experienced in the classroom.
Our company is willing to PAY YOU to learn and master the window tinting trade with day to day hands on training.
From the day you start you will be working on clients projects earning experience by experienced and master film installers with years and decades of experience.
Your training will be invaluable compared to what a trade school has to offer.
You won't be in debt trying to pay off your loans.
You won't have to rush into being hired by a company after spending thousands of dollars because you will grow with our team from the day you start.
There is no risk! This is a win win opportunity, you can't lose! In 3- 5 years or less you can become a master installer.
The choice is yours based on how fast you can learn and perform.
Master installers make between $20 - $25
an hour based on performance & experience or even $30 or more if paid by commission.
Beginners will start @ $12 an hour with an evaluation every 3 months with a possible $1 - $2 raise during each evaluation.
By the end of your first year you could make up to $16 an hour depending on your performance.
2nd year and 3rd will continue to have 3 month evaluations with possible $1 - $2 raises (See detailed pay schedule above).
We want you to learn so that you can grow with our team so that we can all be successful together.
Our shop is newly renovated so you'll be in a super clean environment with the most up to date equipment and tools necessary to complete installs.
We are a fully climate controlled facility which means you will be working in ice cold A/C daily.
We only install the best film products money can buy.
We have TVs and radio that you can listen to while working which makes your job fun and entertaining throughout the work week.
Our installers and your trainers have years and decades of experience that we will teach and pass on to you so that you can grow with our team.
We will treat you like family.
After your first year we offer you one week paid vacation time.
Requirements:
Must have a clean background and pass a background check.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have a positive & respectful attitude.
Must be willing and eager to learn.
Must be able to work with others on our team.
Must be willing to work overtime if necessary.
Must be willing to work Saturday's.
Must have an outstanding work ethic (Ex.
show up on time daily with no excuses etc.

Appearance, attendance, attitude, character, communication, cooperation, organizational skills, productivity, respect and teamwork.
