We are currently seeking dedicated Property Managers to join our team.
This role involves managing property contracts, assisting the Board with vendor bids, handling Association correspondence, and ensuring continuity of information to Boards and Residents.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities Understand and perform tasks in accordance with contract terms.
Regularly inspect the property and report architectural and property violations to the board members and your direct report.
Assist the Board in obtaining bids from qualified/approved vendors.
Manage all Association correspondence.
Attend Annual meetings.
Review Work Orders and make recommendations for repetitive problems or reoccurrences.
Collaborate with Seacrest divisions to ensure continuity of all information being sent to the Boards and Residents.
Proactively handle State Statute requirements and upcoming changes.
Qualifications Active CAM license Professional appearance Project-oriented mindset Ability to multitask Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Friendly disposition Physical Demands & Work Environment Ability to work outdoors 40% of the time.
Must frequently work with the public.
Ability to work at a fast pace with frequent interruptions.
Physical activities include sitting, standing, bending, driving, filing, kneeling, walking, pushing/pulling, lifting Compensation Seacrest offers an attractive salary and compensation package.
