Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare facility.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a medical office setting.
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries - Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments - Maintain patient records and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations - Utilize medical scheduling systems to coordinate patient appointments - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry - Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow at the front desk Requirements:
