(DBG), one of the area's leading wholesale showrooms is adding to our team! A key, full-time position is open for a dedicated CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST.
The ideal candidate would have previous customer service and industry experience in furniture and/or fabric showrooms.
In this position you will provide personalized service and support to our interior designer clients.
You will handle questions, coordinate order entry, and provide follow up support to designer clients.
QUALIFICATIONS for CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST:
Pleasant personality, positive attitude, reliable work ethic with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to become knowledgeable of the fabrics and furnishings that our showroom offers.
Organized with great multi-tasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively and professionally with our designer clients and be patient and supportive with honest communication that will ensure client satisfaction.
Accurate and proficient typing skills (45 wpm) a plus.
Computer literate, MAC experience plus.
