6K a year Front Desk Coordinator Needed Our busy practice needs an upbeat individual to set the expectations for appointments and assure our patients their visits will go as smoothly as possible.
This position is perfect for someone who can multitask and wants to be on a team of professionals.
You'll have the ability to develop your skills through on-site training, continued education, and with each patient interaction.

NO Experience Needed:
Prior orthodontic or medical office experience is a plus, but it's certainly not required.

Using your friendliest phone voice to answer incoming calls, take messages, complete outreach to patients (re-engagement required) Consistent cross-training for optimal career growth Assisting in opening and closing the office Verifying patient medical history, receiving payment for services, and reviewing additional costs and fees Understanding and respecting patient privacy laws Making sure patients feel welcome as soon as they walk in the door Pleasantly answering questions and making appointments for existing and potential clients Occasionally participate in practice-sponsored events, supporting our strong and positive reputation in the community Reviewing and organizing patient medical charts for accuracy and authenticity Our growing practice needs a reliable and dedicated professional to become a vital member of Vargas Orthodontics playing a crucial role in guiding patients through their amazing smile journey.
