The successful applicant will be an experienced legal practitioner with project finance, including syndicated credit facilities, portfolio financings, mezzanine financings restructurings, capital markets (collectively, project financings) and tax equity transactions and a proven record of commercial awareness. This position will provide legal support related to complex project financings and tax equity transactions and play a lead role in drafting, negotiating, and providing transactional assistance for clients. Expertise in the energy sector and specifically in renewables is required. In addition to excellent oral and written communication skills, the successful applicant will be a team player who works well with clients and management.
